Uplink: Unemployment Programs
Allow Popup Windows for Uplink
Uplink uses pop up windows to display certain information such as help content and other links. Most pop up blocker programs allow you to hold down the "Ctrl" key on your keyboard while clicking a link - this allows a pop up window to open.
Do Not Use The Back Button
Please do not use the BACK button or any other external browser buttons - this can cause unexpected results. Use only the navigation buttons provided within Uplink.

Security standards require 3 - 20 characters for User Name and 8 - 20 characters for Password. You will be prompted to change your User Name and/or Password if they do not meet the standards. Passwords in Uplink are allowed to be mixed case (Upper and Lower Case).

Uplink CSS will share your user name with Indiana Career Connect (ICC - the job matching system) so that you can use the same user name for both systems. However, if the user name you create in Uplink CSS is already in use in ICC, you will not be able to have a common user name for both systems. To improve your chances of having a shared user name when you create your user name in Uplink CSS, try the following: add some extra letters and numbers to the beginning or end of your user name and avoid using simple sequences, like ABC, or 123.
